Our stay in Yarra Ocean Suites was fantastic. Really beautiful views from our room on the 15th floor. We had a honeymoon set up in the room, and it was gorgeous, rose petals, and swans on the bed. Roses also in a vase on the table. It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Huge selection for breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to friends. Unfortunately, one complaint is about the bath and shower. It needs to be improved. The bath isn't long enough to sit in unless you keep your legs bent or if you try to lie down, your legs are going up the side of the bath. The shower head is not good. Water seems to hit the curve of the bath and has weak pressure, so you can not shower properly. Took a long time for the water to heat. On check out, the receptionist asked me for a good review on trip advisor. She stood over me while I completed this. This makes me think a lot of reviews there are not fully accurate. It would be good to let the customer write in their own time.

The staff were fantastic and made our stay enjoyable. Location was great and close to very good restaurants and mini marts. Beach just across the road.

The hotel looks quite old but it is in a very good location, right in front of the beach. From the balcony, you get a good view of the long stretch of beach (almost from end to end). There are shops and restaurants around the area so it is very convenient. A church beside the hotel is a bonus. You see the cross lit up at night. The staff are nice and helpful. Despite the language barrier, they will try their best to assist and attend to your needs Buffet breakfast was good. There are a variety of dishes to choose from.

The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived. They gave us a tasty drink and check in was easy. The view from the room was amazing and having a balcony was lovely. You can find many places to eat a few minutes away, spas, hair and nail salons.

Excellent beach front location with awesome view from our premier king suite. Clean room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. huge bath with bathtub. Water pressure was good . Rooms cleaned daily by helpful room service. Multiple local and foreign TV channels. Good breakfast spread with excellent local coffee. Near to many restaurant and entertainment area right behind the hotel. Easy access to town center and other places like Hoi Ann.

Pros: Extremely helpful, friendly, responsive staff. Great location - convenient, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, beach view is beautiful. Breakfast consists of a large variety of Vietnamese and western foods. Room was spacious and clean. Cons: Cleaning could have been better (windowsill was dusty, sheets weren't changed daily, bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly during the stay). The shower was not closed off, causing water to go everywhere despite your best efforts.

The Premium King room was large and the view was just superb, right across the bay from the Lady Buddha statue in the north to Hoi An in the south. The bathroom was large (though water went everywhere as it had a shower over bath with no curtain), clean towels provided every day and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was varied with Asian and Western options. Staff were very attentive, always helpful and friendly. Nice pool on the roof top with a terrific view too.
